Mega888 Agent Operating Agreement (2026 Edition)

This Operating Agreement sets out the terms that govern participation in the MegaVIPBot agent programme. Every partner listed in our verified Agent List has accepted these terms in full. The agreement was last revised in July 2026 and applies to all new and existing agents in the Malaysian market. 1. Scope of the Programme

The agent programme allows approved individuals to promote Mega888 and refer players to the official MegaVIPBot channel in exchange for commission. Participation creates an independent contractor relationship only. Agents are not employees, franchisees, or legal representatives of MegaVIPBot (Mega888VipBot), and nothing in this agreement authorises an agent to enter contracts, incur debts, or make binding statements on the operator's behalf.

2. Enrolment and Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Applications are submitted through the official Telegram bot at t.me/megavip_officialbot and require identity verification.
• No enrolment fee is charged at any stage. Any request for payment to "activate" agent status is fraudulent and should be reported via the contact page.
• MegaVIPBot may decline any application at its discretion, including applicants with a history of programme violations.

3. Compliance Requirements

Continued participation depends on meeting the following standards at all times:

• Official materials only. Agents must distribute the genuine Mega888 app links and official promotional assets. Circulating modified installers or third-party mirrors is grounds for immediate termination.
• Truthful marketing. Promotions may only be advertised as published by MegaVIPBot. Inventing bonuses, exaggerating win rates, or promising guaranteed profits is prohibited.
• No spam. Bulk unsolicited messaging, comment flooding, and deceptive clickbait damage the brand and violate this agreement.
• Age gating. Agents must refuse registration or top-up services to anyone below the legal age and must not target marketing at minors.
• Data confidentiality. Player names, contact details, and transaction records may be used solely to deliver agent services and may never be sold, shared, or repurposed.

4. Duties Toward Players

Agents are the first point of contact for the players they refer, and the following service standards apply:

1. Guide new players through registration accurately and without charge.
2. Offer a free test ID to any player who wishes to try the games before depositing.
3. Process top-ups and withdrawal requests promptly and within the published timeframes.
4. Escalate any issue you cannot resolve to official support rather than leaving a player without an answer.

5. Commissions and Settlement

Commission rates are tiered by monthly player activity and are communicated during onboarding. Settlement is automatic through the agent dashboard in the official bot. MegaVIPBot may withhold or reverse commissions generated through self-referral, fraudulent accounts, bonus abuse, or any activity that breaches this agreement.

6. Identifying Yourself as an Agent

Approved agents may describe themselves as a "verified MegaVIPBot agent" and display their agent ID. Agents must not:

• Present themselves as MegaVIPBot itself, as Mega888, or as the platform's owner or developer.
• Register domain names, social handles, or channels designed to impersonate the official channel - see our Mega888 Official page for what counts as impersonation.
• Use the brand in any context involving illegal activity or content harmful to the community.

7. Term, Suspension, and Termination

The agreement takes effect on approval and continues until ended by either party. Agents may exit at any time by written notice through the bot; earned commissions up to the exit date are paid in the next settlement cycle. MegaVIPBot may suspend an agent pending investigation of a complaint, and may terminate immediately for material breach - including scam behaviour reported by players and confirmed on review, as described on the scam awareness page. Terminated agents are removed from the Agent List and forfeit unpaid commissions tied to the breach.

8. Liability and Indemnity

Agents act at their own risk and expense. Each agent agrees to indemnify MegaVIPBot against losses arising from the agent's own misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms. MegaVIPBot's responsibility is limited to operating the platform services and paying properly earned commissions.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Terms may be updated as regulations, promotions, and platform features evolve. Material changes are announced through the official Telegram bot at least seven days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always published on this page - bookmark it and review it periodically.
